Certification

The rapid growth and popularity of Forrest Yoga within the US and abroad has created the need for qualified Forrest Yoga teachers. All teachers are personally trained by Ana Forrest, in the yoga style and healing of Forrest Yoga. A Forrest Yoga teacher has gone through extensive teaching training, starting with the Forrest Yoga Foundation Teacher Training Course course, meticulously designed and taught by Ana Forrest. The subsequent readings and requirements provide a wealth of information and training for you as a teacher. Your teaching is rich with insights into the various ways to guide your students in their health and healing processes.
